  4. Participation in any test drive is subject to availability, verification, and approval by authorized Porsche dealerships.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in a Porsche test drive, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age, or meet higher age requirements depending on vehicle model or local regulations.

  2. Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in the jurisdiction where the test drive takes place.

  3. Provide accurate and truthful personal information.

  4. Meet any additional insurance or dealership-specific requirements.

DrivePorsche.vip and authorized dealerships reserve the right to deny participation at their discretion.

3. Booking & Confirmation Rules

  1. Submitting a test drive request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.

  2. Test drive appointments are subject to:

    • Vehicle availability

    • Location availability

    • Dealership confirmation

  3. Participants may be contacted via email, phone, or text message to confirm or reschedule appointments.

  4. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment may result in cancellation or restriction from future bookings.

4. Identity Verification

  1. Participants may be required to present:

    • A valid driver’s license

    • Government-issued identification

    • Additional documentation as required by law or dealership policy

  2. Failure to complete identity verification will result in automatic disqualification from the test drive.

5. Test Drive Conduct Rules

  1. Participants must:

    • Follow all traffic laws and regulations

    • Comply with instructions from Porsche representatives or dealership staff

  2. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

    • Reckless or dangerous driving

    • Racing, drifting, or off-road use

    • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  3. Porsche representatives may terminate the test drive immediately for safety or compliance reasons.

6. Vehicle Use & Responsibility

  1. Test drive vehicles remain the exclusive property of Porsche or its authorized dealerships.

  2. Vehicles may not be:

    • Driven by unauthorized individuals

    • Used for commercial purposes

    • Modified or tampered with in any way

  3. Participants may be held financially responsible for:

    • Traffic violations

    • Fines or penalties

    • Damage caused by negligence or misuse

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Participation in a test drive is at your own risk.

  2. DrivePorsche.vip is not responsible for:

    • Accidents or injuries occurring during a test drive

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings

    • Decisions made by dealerships regarding test drive approval

  3. Liability coverage is subject to dealership and insurance provider terms.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

  1. DrivePorsche.vip and authorized dealerships reserve the right to:

    • Modify or cancel test drive appointments

    • Substitute vehicle models if necessary

  2. Participants may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to dealership policies.

9. Communications & Marketing

  1. By submitting a test drive request, you consent to receive test drive–related communications.

  2. Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Porsche or DrivePorsche.vip

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the test drive takes place, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
