1. Eligibility

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal driving age in their jurisdiction).

  2. A valid driver’s license must be presented prior to the test drive.

  3. Participants must meet all local legal and insurance requirements.

  4. Porsche reserves the right to refuse participation at its sole discretion.

2. Test Drive Booking & Confirmation

  1. Test drive appointments are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by the authorized Porsche dealership.

  2. Submitting a request does not guarantee a test drive appointment.

  3. Porsche or its authorized partners may contact participants via phone, email, or SMS to confirm or reschedule appointments.

  4. Missed appointments may result in cancellation without notice.

3. Identification & Verification

  1. Participants may be required to provide:

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Proof of identity

    • Additional documentation as required by local regulations

  2. Failure to provide accurate or valid information will result in disqualification from the test drive.

4. Conduct During the Test Drive

  1. Participants must comply with:

    • All traffic laws and regulations

    • Instructions provided by Porsche staff or advisors

  2. Reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or violation of instructions will result in immediate termination of the test drive.

  3. Porsche reserves the right to end the test drive at any time for safety or compliance reasons.

5. Liability & Insurance

  1. Test drive vehicles are insured in accordance with applicable laws and dealership policies.

  2. Participants may be held responsible for:

    • Traffic violations

    • Fines or penalties

    • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of instructions

  3. Porsche, its affiliates, and authorized dealerships shall not be liable for:

    • Personal injury

    • Loss of personal belongings

    • Indirect or consequential damages

6. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

  1. Test drive vehicles remain the exclusive property of Porsche or its authorized dealers.

  2. Vehicles may not be:

    • Driven by unauthorized individuals

    • Used for racing, off-road driving, or commercial purposes

  3. Modifications or tampering with the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation & Changes

  1. Porsche reserves the right to:

    • Modify, reschedule, or cancel test drive appointments

    • Substitute vehicle models if necessary

  2. Participants may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to dealership policies.

8. Marketing & Communications

  1. By participating, you consent to receive test drive–related communications.

  2. Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Personal data collected during the test drive process will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

  2. Information is used solely for:

    • Appointment management

    • Identity verification

    • Customer service and compliance

  3. Porsche does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the test drive takes place.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a Porsche test drive, you confirm that:

  • You agree to comply with all requirements and instructions
